This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and services purchased on the SteelConnect platform (“Platform”), operated by Metalyx Technologies LLP (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By subscribing to a paid plan you agree to this policy.
SteelConnect provides digital software services — AI cost estimation, an online marketplace, and cloud-based Project Rooms. Access is delivered electronically and activated immediately after successful payment. There is no physical product and therefore no shipping or physical delivery involved.
You can cancel any subscription at any time from your account (Plans & Billing → your current plan → Cancel). When you cancel, you keep full access to all the features of your plan until the end of the billing period you have already paid for — your paid time is never cut short.
Because you retain full use of the paid service for the entire period you paid for (even after cancelling mid-period), fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable. We do, however, issue a full refund in these cases:
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and are typically processed within 5–7 business days; the time for the amount to reflect depends on your bank or card issuer.
To cancel, use the in-app Cancel button (Plans & Billing → Cancel) — it takes effect immediately and keeps your access to the period end. For a refund under the cases above, email billing@steelconnectapp.com from your registered email within 7 days of the charge, with your plan and payment date. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this page. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email.
